PAYMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We're sorry, but we cannot ship C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) outside the continental United States, including Parcel Post. All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars, except for Canadian customers. All other payment terms will be determined by us during the order process, so please contact your sales representative, or call the appropriate phone number.

We accept letters of credit. Documents must be negotiable in U.S. dollars, at sight, confirmed, irrevocable, and payable at a bank in Chicago on presentation of documents. Please permit 160 days after opening your Letter of Credit for the final shipping date. If urgent shipment is required, please open Letter of Credit by "FULL CABLE." Partial cables cannot be acted upon until receipt and acceptance of the original Letter of Credit. All banking charges are to be paid by the Buyer.

Licenses and Approvals. You will be responsible for securing any import and export licenses and any necessary government approvals for transactions and payments.
