NOTE: When ordering and communicating from overseas, help us to fill your order correctly and as quickly as possible. Please give us all the information necessary to get you the right items: catalog numbers, sizes, patterns, and colors. Include voltage requirements if you need to. Many of our electrical products are available for 220V, 50 cycles. If you are ordering imprinted merchandise, include your logo or camera-ready artwork. For key blanks, send a sample key, and include any special instructions. We can acknowledge, quote, and confirm your e-mail or fax order within 2 business days. Be sure to furnish the complete company name, address, and contact person when communicating with us.

We may substitute a "like item" on overseas shipments. If a product color or size is not available, we'll do our best, working within your time limits, to substitute an equal or superior product that's currently available. This way, we can avoid delaying an entire shipment for a single item, so you can receive your order on time. If you can't accept a substitute item, please let us know when you place your order.

Please read your acknowledgment for updated information. Our acknowledgment to you shows any catalog number changes as well as price changes. Goods are invoiced at prices that are in effect at the time we receive your order.
