Sole Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, as revised periodically, which shall be the exclusive understanding between American Hotel Register Company and its customers regarding the purchase of products and merchandise and shall supercede any prior published contract terms. Unless we have a separate, signed contract with you, any additional or different terms (including purchase orders) will be considered material alterations, and we hereby give notice of our rejection of them.

We make every effort to ensure products displayed on this website are represented accurately, and that product colors and information are correct. Some colors, however, may vary from actual product colors. Fabric swatches are available at no charge, and at any time you may request a FREE swatch to verify color before purchase. If a manufacturer makes a design, color, or style change, you will be notified and given an opportunity to make another selection. Products may not always exactly match descriptions and/or images.
