These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of
Illinois, excluding its conflicts of law rules and excluding the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods.

distributor. We do
not sell to private individuals
or consumers.
Sole Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, as revised
periodically, which shall be the exclusive understanding between American Hotel Register
Company and its customers regarding the purchase of products and merchandise and shall
supercede any prior published contract terms. Unless we have a separate, signed contract with
you, any additional or different terms (including purchase orders) will be considered material
alterations, and we hereby give notice of our rejection of them.
